Quotes of The Day.

"If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid with regard to external things. Don't wish to be thought to know anything; and even if you appear to be somebody important to others, distrust yourself. For, it is difficult to both keep your faculty of choice in a state conformable to nature, and at the same time acquire external things. But while you are careful about the one, you must of necessity neglect the other." -Epictetus.

"Life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences. But rather, its a tapestry of events that culminate in an exquisite, sublime plan." -Serendipity.

2 Additions to Our Family.

I should of posted this awhile back. I am a proud Uncle of a handsome nephew born May 2 and a niece born on July 10. Their names are Isaiah and Carlymira. Jeff who is second to me and his wife who lives in CA, had Isaiah a year ago, and my other brother Charlie [macoy] and wife Robyn who lives Japan just recently had baby Carly this year on July she's such an angel. I've gotten to see baby Isaiah but not Carly yet. I tell you these kids are the luckiest because there parents are extremely loving and caring, they will be spoiled. I love you kids. -uncle rudy.

Warm-Up before the big game.

Last Shot before my battery gave out.

Shaka-Braddah!!! Its all about the ALoHa

It was a fun-filled evening, I could of taken a lot more photos especially the cheerleaders and the UH rainbow dancers, but my battery decided to die on me, "Oh well." at least I got some pictures to post on my blog. Actually, the day was awesome, I just had to pay $7.00 for a rocking 13th row from the fieldgoal seat thanks to my friend and his TIM hook-ups. Anyways, why is that when your enjoying something someone always has to show up to ruin it for others?? Case in point, at this game a GROUP of family came to our section, pretty loud and rowdy, they were eyeing us thinking we sat on there seat, they kept insisting that we got the wrong seat, UNTIL we showedd them our tickets, and one of them asked "Isn't this section TT??" I replied "No dumbass! its section UU" nah I was thinking that but I politely answered "No, its section UU." [rated-G version due to the kids they had]. They quitely shaddup and stop talking, deep inside I was laughing real hard, thinking "HA!! eat shit MOFO." Anyways, they politely scattered one by one moving to their seats without no frigging apology. Anyways in a nutshell, at times people don't think before they react, ASSUME. and U make an ASS of yourself. Till then laters, Aloha-

The Curse No More?

AL pennant Champions

I don't follow baseball much, but you gotta admit The Boston Redsox and New York Yankees series has caught everyone's eyes. NO! TEAM and I mean No!! Team ever came from a 3-0 deficit and win the series. Until today, The Boston Redsox are the only team who are inspired by team work and the motivation of never say die, has proven everyone wrong except those Die hard Boston fans Who held those "WE BELIEVE." banners in the stands. Heck! man in my opinion they deserve to take the World Series just for this awesome feat. I've blogged this so if I ever look back on my archives it will remind me who are the only team who ever pulled such achievement.

Lately....

I've been thinking...Recently, I've heard a voice that I've never heard for awhile. I spoke to her this Friday. I must admit all day I had a smile after hearing her voice, she said she misses me, although I know it was just playful flirting, and this was the way we used to flirt at work, but sometimes it just feels good to be missed, it makes you feel like your there and someone from another place is thinking about you, and slowly you fade back to life. Now, I've been talking to her thru email, somethings she said didn't really came to a shock to me about her situations now and before; have you ever wanted to tell someone something but didnt because you want to spare their feelings? Well I wanted to tell her at that point and time that I couldn't picture her being in the relationship she's in now and be happy. I kind of wanted to ask her in my honest opinion How many times she asks herself what have you gotten yourself into now? How many times have she silently cried wishing someone could understand her? Oh, well just some unanswered questions that will never be answered. Although, the times I spent with her which are few, we connected in someway that got us thinking about each other.

Quote of the Day.

"I've missed over 9,000 shots in my career; I've lost almost 300 games; 26 times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed; I've failed over and over again in my life and that is why I succeeded," by Michael Jordan.

The Death of A Super Man.

Today I've just discovered that my childhood superhero has passed away. Christopher Reeve was on a coma and later died of heart failure. As everyone know he broke his spine due to a horse riding accident, and left him a quadraplegic for 9 years. I feel saddened, but also relieved because he doesn't have to suffer anymore. For what's worth he was my superhero, I used to pretend with a towel around my neck and my superman underooos flying around leaping over chairs, jumping onto beds, wrestling my villanous brothers to uphold truth and justice. I just enjoyed the concept of it all. A real mild mannered man who dresses up as one of us to hides his identity in which under those clothing hides the true identity of a superhero. A hero that saves peoples lives and asking nothing in return. You'll be missed.

A Message to Me?!!

Howzit!!

Was checking out my cd collection came across The Specials greatest hits. One particular song that I haven't heard for awhile that got me tripping. And it goes a little something like this.

A Message To You Rudy- The Specials

Stop your messing around,
Better think of your future.
Time you straighten right out,
Creating problems in town.
Rudy, a message to you Rudy.
A message to you.
Stop your fooling around.
Time you straighten right out.
Better think of your future,
As you wind up in jail.
Rudy, a message to you Rudy.
A message to you.
Stop your messing around.
Better think of your future.
Time you straighten right out,
Creating problems in town.
Rudy, a message to you Rudy.
A message to you Rudy.
Oh, its a message to you Rudy.
Yeah, its a message to you Rudy.
its a message to you Rudy...
